Students or fresh graduates with a bachelor/master degree from a local or overseas university in any discipline with less than 2 years of full-time working experiences.
- Form a team of 2-5 members to work on the case according to the requirements.
- Team members do not have to be from the same university or major. As long as all the team members are ready to get your brain into gear, you’re good to go!
- Each team is given a chance to have no more than one fresh graduate with a limitation of two years experience (counting right after their graduation year)

- Category 1 (May, 23 – June, 30) : Promoting the Case Study competition of JIWA Thermal
- Category 2 (July, 11 – August, 10): Promoting the main event of JIWA Thermal

- There is no registration fee, you can directly join the challenge by fulfilling the requirements

Content Creation Challenge Rules
- Participants must make a video promotion for Study Case competition & Workshop (Category 1) and video promotion of main event of JIWA Thermal (Category 2)
- Content must include: promotion content, registration link, registration date. Express your creativity!
- Total Duration: under 60 seconds
- Devices: Can be shot on any video capture device (no restrictions).
- Minimum Resolution: High Definition (720p) for either landscape or portrait
- Does not contain any music, video, footage, images or other material, without the license or permission of the copyright owner/s.
- Be PG-13 and not contain any political agendas, sex, racial discrimination and defamation of religion.
- Does not contain any obscene, blasphemous, libelous, content or any reference to trademarks, logos or branding.
- Video can be in English or Bahasa.
- Participants are obligated to follow AILIMA’s instagram (@jiwa.ailima)
- The video should be uploaded through IG Reels with creative caption including the following hashtags #JIWAThermal #Competition. Tag @jiwa.ailima in Reels and also in caption

This event will be held in order to discuss comprehensive insights in career preparation aspirations in the energy industry in the midst of digital transformation
leaders from several companies to engage with participants about their career paths in the energy industry. Comprehensive career planning stresses the importance of knowing enough about your unique attributes, specific career fields, and life priorities from three major perspectives.

Then, other team members MUST register in jiwa.ailima.co.id and purchase JIWA Thermal (Diamond) by entering the voucher code (code is sent to team leader’s email) so you won’t be charged at all.
